售中
1.合同管理设有组长、管理人员;
2.使用工商局印制的统一合同;
3.建立合同档案,并完善归档管理;
4统一合同编号,业务员取合同外出需要有编号归档,谁出问题谁负责;
5.签订合同需要按党的政策、法令和经济合同法的有关规定执行;
6.本厂合同不转借和私自外厂使用,如造成损失后果有自己负责;
7.合同签订需要按照合同规定全面履行自己的义务,做好服务工作,使用户满意。
For sale

3.及时安排技术人员为用户安装试机,代培技术人员;
4.要经常走访用户,听取意见,改进工作, 进一步完善售后服务工作;
5.对用户未来人,来函提出的质量问题,要及时解决,尽快达到用户满意;
6.凡用户来厂购配件,要保质保量尽快解决;
7.设定热线电话, 24小时值班服务,及时回答咨询。
After-sale
